Things are changing rapidly in our country.  We, as Christians, should live as if Jesus is coming back tomorrow.  Plan and operate like you have a future, but live like there is no tomorrow.

Get back to God.  Do not allow yourself to believe there is nothing you can do to help your neighbors.  You can pray.  You can enter church to meet God instead of just to fellowship. You can commit time to read the Bible and you can live out your life in a way that will make people want to know our God.
